Just thought I should get a note out to you about my 'cabin claim' . Well, I can tell you, that again, I am so impressed with the way it was all settled. With you calling and checking on it, setting it into motion, it was settled in record time. The company "Cat Crew" is quite fast and efficient! The adjuster appraiser/ Andrew Norman was at the cabin when I was, so he was able to do a good check and even when I had another question he returned to check it out. I am so very impressed. After having the flooding problem in my home, then the damage at the cabin I was at wits end. It seemed as though the world was crashing against me. Then with no hassles dealing with my great insurance Auto Owners, I could rest easy. I feel very fortunate to have found such an accomodating insurance company. And you, Kathy, are a wonderful agent. I can't tell you how comforting it is to have the kind of dealings I've had with you when it all seems so bleak. I am a panicky kind of person, so again I can't thank you enough for calming my fears.

Things are still not all done. When I was worried about possible mold in the walls or ceiling from that water leaking into the walls, I was told to check it out and if anything wasn't right to get back with him and we'd go from there. Isn't that great to know? The check was in the mail in record time. The only hold up is the workers all being busy!!

I am going to go with the hope that I have no more claims for a loooong time, but then accidents and the unplanned to hit each and every one of us at one time or another. At least I can rely on my wonderful insurance carrier to help see me through the tough times.

"I had to check out those great on-line prices as advertised on T.V. This is the first time in maybe 8-10 years that I compared prices for car insurance. I just have to do that occasionally to make sure everyone at Diedrich is still working hard for me.
